Traditionally the AEC design/build community completes a registration card when they receive a manufacturer’s binder so that they can be sent updated and new product information when it becomes available. Paper registration cards have to manually be entered into the company’s distribution records, and sometimes it doesn’t happen at all. When paper updates are mailed much of this information never gets replaced or put into the binder in a timely manner. eBINDERPRO ensures that the user will always have the most current information available through our proprietary software that automatically updates information every time the user accesses your eBINDERPRO.

Guaranteed Registration
The first time your customer inserts the disk into a computer, he is immediately prompted to complete a quick and easy registration, similar to filling out a business reply mail card. He cannot access the data on the disk without performing this quick registration step.

If there is an internet connection, the registration is automatically sent to you so you know where the disk is located. If there is no internet link at the time the card is filled out, the data is retained and then sent to you the next time the disk is used in an internet connected computer. An optional alert may inform the user that content viewed without an internet connection may be outdated. You will receive the registration information whether your eBINDERPRO is accessed through the disc or from your website version.

Easy Cost Effective Distribution
Manufacturers distribute the eBINDERPRO to their client base the way they normally distribute catalogs and product literature. A significant cost savings is realized in printing as well as distribution, because the disks cost considerably less to ship than large bulky binders and catalogs. They're also much easier to distribute at trade shows and conferences.

Dynamic Content
When the user clicks on content in the disk interface, the eBINDERPRO checks with the manufacturer to make sure it is the most recent content before displaying it. If newer content is found, it is automatically downloaded and displayed for the user. When your product information or specifications change, you need only post it to a web server, instead of mailing printed sheets to all the binder recipients. The eBINDERPRO will find and display the new content, making updates automatic.
